STRONGMAN OVERPOWERS THE COVE

Steve Strongman, the Juno Award winning singer / songwriter / harp player and guitarist extraordinaire from The Hammer came into Westport on Saturday night, Feb 15 with his band for BLUES ON THE RIDEAU at THE COVE INN and simply overpowered the audience with his performance. They were very willing captives. What a superb combination of musicianship and showmanship. Steve sure knows how to light up a room. Words like "great, awesome, fantastic, fabulous, brilliant, terrific, entertaining, wonderful, rockin', wicked and woo-hoo!" jumped off the Comment Cards from this night. The house was packed, the Cove buffet was delicious as usual (roast beef, chicken satay, salads, veggies and cheesecake for dessert), Steve and the band had everyone up on the dance floor all night long and everyone had a great time.

"Totally wicked! Excellent performance. Loved it all. Steve Strongman is an amazing guitarist. 10 out of 10 for everything - venue, food, service, sound and band" Wayne Sernoskie, Alymer QC (First-timer)

"Great venue, great food and even better music. Who could ask for more?" David Smith, Smiths Falls (attended one previous BOTR @ The Cove show)
